Ingredients

    • 300g frozen bananas
    • 70g brasil nuts
    • 30g soaked oats (soaking only to cover minimally oats)
    • pinch of salt
    • vanilla extract

    TOPPINGS

    peanut butter,

    maple syrup

     

    Instructions
    1. Soak overnight oats in the minimal amount of water.
      2. Next day blend all together with brasil nuts, salt and vanilla.
      3. Pour into the bowl and decorate.
