Bananas are always in the menu, so only a little bit of creaminess thanks to oats… AND delicious brekafast is ready to boost your mood and energy!

Ingredients
  • 160g frozen banana
  • 30ml espresso
  • 170ml water
  • 30g oats – soaked
  • 50g mulberry -soaked
  • 10ml rice syrup
Instructions
  1.  Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
