MANGO & PAPAYA CHEESECAKE SMOOTHIE

Mango and papaya cheesecake smoothie sounds innocent, there are few ingredients, but actually we have SUPER PROTEIN & SKIN BOOSTER SMOOTHIE! Cocconut – obviously, known as a one from best natural medicine. Cashew & lemon – this is combination, when you want to receive a vegan version of cheesecake… THE SPRINKLE of muesli in a protein edition – MY MIX of eastern edition of IL TUO MUESLI.

Ingredients

BASE

  • 100g frozen papaya pulp BUY HERE
  • 1 tbsp of rice syrup
  • few drops of lemon juice

SMOOTHIE

  • 100g frozen banana
  • 40g cashew
  • 100g coconut pulp BUY HERE
  • 5g lemon juice
  • vanilla extract
  • 20g rice syrup

my mix of muesli – IL TUO MUESLI – protein mango cake – MAKE THIS MIX HERE

 

Instructions
  1. For the base – defrost under a hot water papaya pulp and then mix together with syrup and lemon juice.
  2. Blend all ingredients for smoothie. Layer all in the jar and top with muesli.
