Ingredients

mold 20×20 cm

BASE

  • 120g mixed pretzels
  • 35g cane sugar
  • 100g melted butter

FILLING

  • 60g puffed rice
  • 300g 61% chocolate
  • 40g pretzels
  • 30g rice syrup
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 20g coconut oil
Instructions
  1.  Prepare the base from melting butter and crushing pretzels. Mix pretzels with cane sugar and combine with butter. When it’s well united, pour into mold and press well.
  2. For the filling you to melt chocolate in a bowl over a low heat. When it’s cool down add coconut oil, peanut buter and rice syrup.
  3. Combine with all other ingredients and press over the base.
  4. Cool it in the fridge areound 1 hour.
