Ingredients

CARAMEL

  • 2 teaspoons of white tahini
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

NICECREAM

  • 100g coconut pulp frozen
  • 50g white tahini
  • 2 medjul dates
  • 250g frozen bananas
  • pinch of maldon salt

TOPPINGS

banana, crushed chocolate, tahini caramel, cacao nibs, sezame seeds, white and brown flax seeds

Instructions
  1.  First make tahini caramel and start from melt coconut oil in the microwave. Stir in tahini and maple syrup.
  2. lice frozen bananas and blend with other ingredients on high speed. (I use vitamix ascent sceries).
  3. Decorate with banana, flax seeds, sezame seeds, cacao nibs and tahini caramel
