SPIRULINA SEASON IT’S HERE !!!

Welcome to my second recipe on the blog! It’s super easy and that’s why is finished here so quickly. thies recipe, like most here is quite old, cause I published the picture on my instagram in 2018! Sounds crazy, but it shows, why it couldn’t stay ignored…
When you are going vegan you don’t need to care so much about calories. It’s because most unhealthy fats and problems caused from processed food don’t exist anymore. So calories coming from groats, dark chocolate almost 100%, nuts, seeds and nut butters – are only widely welcomed.

Why nicecream? NICE because MORE HEALTHY! Ice cream, because the concistency looks like gelato, but it’s based on fruits. In most cases are bananas, because of its dence consistency. High in calories, but good ones of course and high mostly in potassium. So they charge your nervous system, heart and boost resistance.
How many bananas can eat a vegan person? From 2-3 to 7-8, specially when cut gluten or other unhealthy sources of energy. And one banana more – more happy we are because of its good influence on our nerves!

My first smoothie and nicecream were made with spirulina! When I discovered it I was blessed, because assuming it everyday it lowered many disfunctions in mody body. I get healthier and stronger! I almost never got sick… How much influent on our orginism is spirulina is incredible, cause of its amazing properties. Here are few of them

Ingredients

TOPPINGS

  • Mulberries, almonds, buckwheat normal and turmeric
  • Cocco, cacao nibs, chocolate
  • FOR GOLDEN BUCKWHEAT
  • Maple syrup, buckwheat
Instructions
  1. The day before frezzee sliced bananas, cause its easier to blend.
  2. Use a blender with high power – VITAMIX
  3. Add almond and vanilla and blend
  4. Add spirulina until gets all completely green
  5. Pour into a bowl and decorate.

Golden buckwheat

  1. Warm up a little pan and pour buckwheat and tossi it until get hot
  2. Then add turmeric and tossi t few seconds again
  3. Switch og the gas and pour one or two teaspoons of maple syrup
  4. Pour it on the baking paper and leti t cool
