WHITE CHEESECAKE NICECREAM WITH OREO

White cheesecake is a dream and having it in the bowl as an icecream, topped with oreo and raspberry jam… The inspiration came straight from the last recipe for birthday cheesecake made specially for Il Tuo Muesli. As you could notice… icecream bowl ae my preferred and the list of tastes is infinite. Trust me! Anyway… here I’ve use only raw cashew for maintain the consistence. Beside, this recipe is so so easy.. But the taste is a heaven! With oreos by the way, that are VEGAN!

Ingredients
  • 300g frozen bananas
  • 100g frozen cocconut pulp BUY HERE
  • 40g raw cashew BUY HERE
  • 5g lemon juice
  • 5g vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup

TOPPINGS

oreo
mashed raspberries

Instructions

1. Slice frozen bananas and cocconut in small pieces
2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth (always on high speed).
3. Pour into the bowl and decorate.
